JetPort 5208

JetPort 5208 is the 8-port Rackmount Ethernet to Serial device server which is ideal for centralized management and multiple device management with system security protection. JetPort 5208 can be set up and managed via the easy-to-use utilities Real COM, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSH, and Telent SNMP. JetPort 5208 adopts the Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS), users can control up to 8/16 serial devices on one IP address over Ethernet.

Easy-to-use Interface with Versatile Functions: Real COM Management
The JetPort8/16 Port Utility is a user-friendly interface and is compatible with SSH, Telnet, and Putty..etc the client programs .On JetPort 5208, users can remotely monitor, control, download, or upload data from RS-232 devices or other servers via Real Com management. Users can also use the graphic interface from browser to log in systems to easily manage various commands such as cut, paste, copy, the screen snapshot or use virtual terminal to record the status.

Enhanced Security of Auto-encryption Mechanism
JetPort 5208 allows 8 device users to separately log in central system according to individual authorization. In addition, system administrators can securely connect to central system by 3 ways—the traditional dial-in modem, the serial application PPP/Hyper Terminal, and the IP application SSH/Telnet to effectively and efficiently manage the remote data center.

19-inch Rackmount Designed for Surveillance & Monitoring in Control Room
JetPort 5208 can be mounted to standard 19-inch Rackmount for users to manage and operate in control room, thus it is more convenient for instant maintenance in various industries and vertical markets such as Surveillance requirements for city security, public transportation, telecommunication, and some hazardous locations such as oil&gas plant, mining, and power distribution station.
